Package Room metrics and exports

The health strip

The Package Room tab opens with four stat cards that give you a snapshot of the room at a glance:

• At desk now: how many packages are currently waiting, and across how many residents
• Oldest waiting: the age of the longest-waiting package, with the unit and resident name; it turns red at seven days or more
• Picked up this week: how many packages were collected in the last seven days, with the change versus the week before
• Median time to pickup: the middle value for how long packages sit before pickup, calculated over the last 30 days

Filtering and sorting

Below the health strip, a toolbar lets you search by resident, unit, carrier, or tracking number, and narrow the list with two dropdowns: Carrier (All, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) and Status (At desk, Picked up, or All). A sort toggle switches the resident list between Oldest first and Newest. Each resident row expands to show their individual packages, including carrier, size and handling tags, when it was logged and by whom, and a masked tracking number where one exists.

Exceptions and reminders

If any packages need attention, held for a resident who's moved out, or flagged as possible duplicates, a banner appears above the health strip with a count and a Review link. For any resident with packages waiting, you can send a Remind message from their row (subject to a 24-hour cooldown per resident), or use Remind all 7d+ to message everyone with a package that's been sitting a week or longer.

Exporting

The Export button downloads the current resident list as a CSV, with resident name, unit, packages waiting, oldest wait in days, and carriers, one row per resident. It exports whatever the list currently shows, so apply your filters first if you want a narrower export.
