For residents
Veni is the app your building runs on. Answer the door from anywhere, let guests in, and hear from management, all from your phone.
Buildings switch to Veni one at a time, and every resident gets a personal invite by email or text when theirs goes live. That invite is what sets up your account, so watch for it.
Veni is not on the App Store or Google Play yet. If your building is live and no invite has reached you, ask your management office to resend it to the email or phone number they have on file for you.
Setting up
There is no password to invent and no account to create. Your building already knows who you are.
It arrives by email or text from your building and carries the link that installs Veni on your phone.
Use the email address or phone number your building has on file. Veni sends a 6-digit code, and that is the whole of it.
First and last, so neighbors and the building recognize you. Thirty seconds, once, and you are home.
Once you are in
Your phone rings when someone arrives. See them, talk to them, and let them in.
Slide to unlock from your home screen as you walk up. No fob, no key.
Give a guest, a cleaner, or a dog walker their own pass on your own schedule.
In buildings with a front desk, know the moment a delivery is logged for you.
Announcements from management, a residents' board, and messages with neighbors.
Calls, door opens, and guest arrivals land in your history as they happen.
NOTE: some of this depends on your building. Buildings with an intercom let you open the door yourself; buildings with a front desk let you reach the front desk and pass guests through the lobby.
Common questions
I never got a 6-digit code.
You are probably signing in with a different email or phone than the one your management office has on file. Ask them which one they entered for you.
Can my partner or roommate use it?
Every adult in the home gets their own invite. Ask management to add them. Nobody needs to share an account.
Is my contact information private?
Yes. Neighbors and building staff never see your email address or phone number.
What happens when I move out?
Management ends your home's access. There is nothing for you to cancel.
