Veni is the operating platform for residential buildings. Doors, the front desk, packages, repairs and community all run on one system, with one shared record across your portfolio.

The platform

Where Veni works.

Four places in the building, four jobs done for you. Everything writes to one shared record.

At the door

Let the right people in.

Visitors call from their own phone, or check in at a staffed desk; guests use time-boxed passes. Residents open the door from anywhere.

In the lobby

Run the desk without the binder.

Every pass on one sheet, packages on a unit board, and a shift handoff written from the records, for every resident, on Veni or not.

In the units

Close out repairs, keep neighbors close.

Work orders route to the right super and end with resident sign-off; the building board and the front desk chat handle the rest.

Over all of it

One record, read for you.

Every sensitive field is encrypted, every event attributable, and the record is summarized each day by Veni Intelligence.

How it works

No rewiring. No app for visitors. No binder.

Veni rides the buzzer and strike you already have. Then the front door needs three things to work.

01A decal on the door

Visitors scan the QR and call from their own phone. No app to install, nothing engraved in brass.

Calling 3C…
02A phone that rings

Residents answer with video from anywhere and open the door with one tap.

Open ✓
03A record that keeps itself

Every entry, handoff, and repair lands in one ledger your whole building shares.

Staffed or not

Staffed lobby or self-serve door. Same Veni.

Veni runs both. Residents get the same Veni app, on iPhone or Android, either way; the building gets the same record.

Front desk mode

With a front desk

  • The desk runs on one tablet. Whoever's on duty signs in; every action is attributed, and the shift hands off from the records.
  • Announce, then approve. Visitors check in at the desk; the desk calls the resident, who approves from the couch, or three time zones away.
  • Packages and keys, on the record. Logged at the desk, every handoff stamped, the resident's own photo to recognize at pickup, never in place of an ID. Staff never see resident emails.
  • Residents message the desk. A private chat with the front desk, with replies and reactions.

Intercom mode

Without one

  • The door calls the phone. A visitor taps the door decal and the resident answers on video, from anywhere. No app for visitors.
  • Guests let themselves in. Passes with windows or weekly schedules; they expire on their own and revoke instantly.
  • Every entry, logged. Calls, opens and passes write to the same record a staffed lobby gets.

Mixed portfolio? Run both from one dashboard, and add a desk later without changing hardware.

Who it's for

Built for the people who run buildings.

One platform, three ways to hold it.

Owner-operators

Retire the buzzer on day one. One portal for entries, passes, packages, and repairs.

Management companies

Every property reports into one dashboard, with staff seeing exactly the buildings they run.

HOA & condo boards

Governance built in: privacy defaults, time-boxed investigations, and disclosures residents can trust.

Veni Intelligence

And every morning, the night explains itself.

Veni Intelligence reads the record and writes you a daily briefing: every line cited, twenty seconds to read.

Why Veni

Fewer interruptions.

The door, the packages, and the group chat answer themselves. Your phone rings less and your inbox stays quieter.

An audit-grade record.

Every entry, key handoff, and repair is attributable, encrypted at rest, and ready when a board or resident asks what happened.

Days that close themselves.

Reported at dawn, routed by morning, resolved and confirmed by three. The briefing tells you it happened.

What buildings say

"The buzzer went in the dumpster and nobody misses it. Residents answer the door from work; I read one briefing instead of nine voicemails."

Property manager · 48 units

"Our board finally has a straight answer for every 'who let them in.' The record is there, and nobody's privacy got traded for it."

Board president · self-managed condo

Security

The record is the product. It's guarded like one.

Every entry, handoff, and repair is written once, encrypted, and answerable to boards and residents, and to no one else.

Encrypted at rest

AES-256 on every sensitive field, with versioned, rotated keys.

Fail-closed where it counts

The most sensitive reads, like signed documents and identity reveals, are denied if the audit write fails.

Least-privilege access

Staff see exactly the buildings they run. The front desk never sees resident emails.

AI you control

Call notes and transcription run only in buildings that turn them on, and residents are told when a call is transcribed.
