What Veni texts you, how your number gets to us, and how to stop the texts at any time.
Last updated 15 October 2026
Veni is the building access and resident platform run by MDDG Investments LLC. We send account texts only, from the toll-free number (855) 508-8016. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a single invitation; front desk staff at personal sign-in buildings receive one code per sign-in. Message and data rates may apply.
You give your mobile number to your building's management, for example on your lease or when you join the staff, and agree to receive account texts from Veni. Management then enters it in the Veni management portal. Every form that sends a text has an unticked checkbox next to the phone field, and the invitation cannot be sent until management ticks it to confirm that you agreed:
The invite form in the Veni management portal, on the Veni Demo account. Send stays disabled until the box is ticked. The same checkbox appears on the staff, super, front desk, and bulk import forms, and Veni's servers refuse a text invite that arrives without it.
Hi Susan, Veni Demo just set up your Veni account for Unit 4B, The Alden. Download the app to unlock your door: helloveni.com/get Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply STOP to any Veni text and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one final message confirming it. To start again, reply START. Opting out stops the texts but does not close your Veni account. If you sign in with a code we text you, reply START to receive codes again.
Reply HELP to any Veni text, or email support@helloveni.com.
We use your mobile number only to deliver these messages and to sign you in. We do not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Our SMS provider, Twilio, processes your number only to deliver our messages.
The privacy policy covers everything Veni collects and how long each kind of record is kept.
